We are about to make a rather large purchase of dehus. We keep coming back to the Phoenix 200MAX.
Here are our reason why:
1. Proven durable
2. Cheap to fix
3. 128 pints (rates as an XL an many times allows you to leave 2 dehus per the formula)
4. Consistent resale value

your thoughts and opinions?

Well, maybe just for the fire division.

Have you talked with Amy? She has a friend with red stuff for sale too.

I don't know its her friend that's getting out, selling everything. Same story as your last victim...I mean franchise owner.

Not enough work and little support from headquarters.

Dri-eaz 7000XLI has become my main go to and the Evolution is my next one. My 2000's are collecting dust and get used as a last resort when the newer dehu's are out.

You all deserve the best performance, reliability and durability. You don't hire the 2nd best technicians to represent your company do you? No dehu outperforms a 7000 in the large capacity arena for electrical consumption and water removal. And if you want a super charged compact the Revolution is the category killer there

I was at Woodards in St Louis a couple of weeks back they do 6 mil in WDR.

They had a large stack of the Revolutions and I asked about them. They said they bought them when they were in the middle of a rush but it turned out the love them. :icon_cool:

Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for everyones input.
I too had problems with the 340's. The rh dial burns out and renders them useless. We have had to have our repair guy bypass them all.
We pulled the trigger on the 200MAX. 60 of the buggers on the way......
We decided to be per-emptive BEFORE the hard winter freeze

Sorry Greg but I have to ask why 200 MAX's when you have has issues with 340's Phoenix makes both units. Very confusing

Great Question. The issue we have had with the 340 is not present in the 200MAX. The rh switch was a brain child of JonDOn
Of all the Dehu's that we own ( currently just short of 400), the 200MAX has proven to need the least amount of repairs compared to hours used. The 340's break the most per hours used.
The Drieaz 2800i's are a close second behind the 200MAX.
