Does ones employees deserve a clean place to eat?

We know so!

Here's a recent before & after pic of a break room we stripped out & refinished. We did all of their offices but this is just a pic to show how dirty one can be.

These are excellent resources to share with the customer when they are making a final decision on which company to hire.

We're all over the map on pricing. The smaller the more per sq/ft. We have 3500sq/ft to do this week and it was priced at .75 a square. We did one last year that was 1000sq/ft (where we nearly killed Lockhart) that we charged $2.00 a square, but it was really bad. Really bad.

We jacked our prices up pretty good for any 1x vct jobs now.

Only way its worth it if they are on a program or a combo job with carpet.
Or I'm desperate that week ....

Guys ya need the equipment to be effective on vct we do very good with it.
But we Need 350 min to do anything goin to take 3or 4 hrs to do anything

This week we did 3500 ft nothing to move hall ways and a big room took us 6 hr to do it.
A lot of carpet a 4300.00 job
I have had this one for years and the reason I got it because we did vct
Our church's have a lot of vct to do.
I think I put around 10 grand in equipment to do it.
Propane stripping machine a autoscrubber a wet vac for slurry pickup.
But prices are all over the board depends on each situation

Randy I just hate the work. It sure looks great when done but there has to be an easier way to make a buck. Of all the services we offer its the one I wish we could get away from but we can't. We its a regular client and this one is, they expect you to offer it. :dejection:
