Don't know how long this site has been like that but clicked on the link and like the effort they put in on there presentation of their website very cool!!!!

More manufactures should do this.

They need a great website as there are now local show rooms to swing in and see one. If you call them they can arrange for you to see one in person.

That is funny and you are right. If you buy one from them you are on your own unless you are near Massachusetts, then you can go there for service. Why they don't have nationwide distributors is anyone's guess. But that website is cool; you can be right there in virtual reality in their service department or their showroom. Of course it won't mean a thing when your new TM needs an adjustment at 50 hours or when your driveshaft needs replacement or the electric clutch fails.
