Dang Great day and with Zipper assistance

All these pews, son in law and myself knocked out in about 2 hours.

Prespray with Harvard Upholstery prespray in pump up pressure sprayer, hand agitation with upholstery mitten, used modified stair tool with Greenglide and water pressure down to about 280. Ran over the large areas with the glided stair tool with Butler upholstery rinse through the Butlers, son in law followed up doing the detailing and edging....but also spent a good portion of time removing the 30 years of candle wax that needed attention and rinsing after using the Graffitti Gone (only thing that work best for time efficiency).

Couple hours to do the pew bench seats....then about 3500 sq ft of carpet is all they had us do today.

Side room took 10 minutes t0 do (about 1000 sq ft) with the 2 zippers and Butlers. I think it took longer to prespray with the MulitSprayer in line high pressure sprayer.

Also, seemed to clean even better than the last time I used the RX 20 on it.

Talk about make good time! Also, we checked the first are we did about 30 minutes later and the carpets felt dry to the touch Talk about amazing!

Even our clients at the church knew about the Zipper wands as they have been following our Facebook pages.

Just dang great day....and good money made!

Crazy how much faster and easier with the zipper. We now have the big daddy and jr and just blow through the commercial work. Today on a large vacant we used the big daddy and boy was it fast.

500 psi

already pre vacuumed by the church

Sprayed down the prespray...in line pressure sprayer

No agitation (had CRB and other on the sideline ready just in case)

Zipper with the 500 psi 2 wet passes today at least and a dry pass (we really were not in a hurry)

2 hole glides

Major time saver and great cleaning !

Mark do you own a Cimex?

I do not...but when we need one, I use my Brothers who live 1.5 hours away from me.

He has more cimex type work than we do, but I might have a project coming up that the cimex might be the ticket and I would purchase my own.

That all depends on if the facility pulls the trigger to get the work done on a regular maintenance schedule.

We would probably do cimex about 3 times a year and HWE once a year is what has been talked about so I would buy my own Cimex at that point.

We clean hallways going forward so we never have to touch the hoses. Most large open rooms we do the same
