Old heroes like Art Kelly, Bob Hodges, Eckman, Werner, Stockwell and Doug Cox must be feeling their age by now..

What if any vitamin are you popping every day to help with the aches and pains of slinging your magic wand every day?

i have taken GNC mens sport pack for a period of time and really liked it but they changed the recipe and i dont think its as good now.

these days rarely an aspirin.

not that im aging (just 50)but there a was huge difference when i took the sport pack. hek i didnt even get hangovers then let alone sore or tired.

wear hightops, the little support it gives helped my ankle (basketball) get better. keeps the swelling out too or helps a lot.

My wife takes glucosamine supplements for her knee. She thinks it helps but I still see her wear one of those support sleeves now and then, so I question if it works or not. She'll be 50 this year.

Have you tried Superfeet insoles or is it more ache & pain from the injury that from working & standing?

I take the usual meds for BP, diabetes, prostate, kidney stones, and RLS.

Also 6 or 7 vitamins daily.

One that really impressed me is taking magnesium for muscle cramps in my damaged leg and ankle...it works great.

I bought the super feet insoles on a trip to Savannah Ga. a few years ago. I’ve had custom made, high dollar, etc. I think they’re great for the $$$$. I make all techs wear them. I also buy their shoes.

My (last remaining) brother is a very knowledgeable doctor and he take all kinds of vitamins, supplements, and weird potions, a whole table full of things he must read about and thinks they will do him some good. He is sickly and in bad shape health-wise. I bought him a Vitamix, hoping he would use it.
I love my juicer and my Vitamix and use them every day to grind and juice fruits and vegetables which I would otherwise not consume, and force myself to have a vegetable cocktail in the morning such as the tomato, celery, basil, kale, carrot and apple drink I had this morning. I do a lot of damage after work eating crap and drugging and drinking and have done so all my life but I try to eat healthy during the day. Many days I am unable to eat for several hours during hard jobs but a quick guzzling of a banana, milk and fresh seasonal fruit smoothie will provide enough energy and potassium to push me along and avoid late night muscle cramps.
But no, I don't take any supplements or pills, I think they are a bunch of crap and no substitute for fresh foods.

Walk with a limp after bad knee surgery a year ago...

Remember all the fun I had that got that limp.

Keep working through the pain and remember.... I was a band director and gave up that superman Cape for a different one :)

Really not a healthy as wish I was but carpet cleaning is my daily work out... And they pay me to work out :)

Juice plus and fish oil.

Got to say what works best for me is hiring my lead technician and turning myself into quality control/customer service on job site guy.

I also have to say I absolutely love running our company

MAN! When I hit 50 year old last year I felt weaker! So I started taking over the counter- mail order ---TextX180 by Force Factor-- Free Testosterone Booster.. Its not Testosterone but it helps your body make more testosterone.. I can once again out perform those in their 30-40s.. due to increase endurance. WARNING!! this stuff also make you Horny!!

This stuff and a little Viagra just for "sport"--- well ITS just not fair to the little mrs!!! hehehe -- She is 28 years old and says I'm "Killing her":lol:

.5mg alprazolam (Xanax) twice a day, 10 mg's zolpiderm (Ambien) one at bed. (Those are for another situation in my life many years ago....you NEVER get over the death of a child), but they sure help me cruze through the day. As always, after a few minutes of wanding on the first job of the day, everything loosens up and I don't notice any problems. Thank you Jesus for the GreenandLisaglide!!

Sunday I had a 5.3 hour job (according to the hour meter), no stopping except to clean out my filters. My helper precleaned ahead of me with the Cimex, so cleaning was down to 1 cleaning stroke, and one drying stroke.

No more stopping for the McDonalds double cheese, or fries, and I don't drink any soda (pop).

61 years old and still cruzing, don't schedule my whole day, take breaks in between jobs. The new Thermalwave makes setup easier with the water pond.

I still pop a few Advils now and then. Maybe some Viagra will keep my wand stroking for many years.

I'm waiting for a few years so my oldest Son can retire (early, since he's a top tier pay employee) and then he can take over.
