250 feet of 2.5 inch hose, 50 feet of 2 inch. Still nice suction.

You can hear the suction in the video as I enter the 3rd floor.

Next time I will try to get all 2.5 inch except a 25 section of 2 inch :)

After this one, we had 5 more residential that just had to be done today....good grief....people cannot plan sometimes. :dejection:

And I was told by the last client, that none of the other companies returned his email that he asked for information....so....CALL OR EMAIL YOUR PEOPLE BACK I WOULD SAY ....

OH WAIT.....if you are around me....don't do that

Fortunately we get full price for this cleaning, and were able to do $1200 by 11:30 am and moving on to our next jobs for the day....

Then, they decided to schedule a bunch more work for the end of the month....like almost triple of today's! :eekk:

Wow, Mark. I cannot imagine bringing five 2.5" fifty footers to any job. Not enough room in the trucks.

Cimex / Encap would sure be a simpler way to approach this one. Just sayin. :)

Would have definitely been....but the building association head was a former cleaner too and told us needed HWE this time....too much soil....so....

Drag the hoses we did, but we did use the CRB a bit too....LOL!

Now that you HWE for them maybe you can get them on a cleaning schedule utilizing the encap method. You can do the traffic lanes and spot where needed on a scheduled basis. I'm sure the objective would be to have the carpets looking clean all the time in the building.

Unfortunately,

They are a once a year place....

Would be great if could do some maintenance , but they have a couple people for that...but thankfully they don't try to clean it other than vacuum it....

That's because the don't know how you can keep their carpets clean all year long.
Focus is on the entry points of the building. If you do the dirt doesn't go very far into the building.
You can get it to where your more profitable and they have clean carpets. It won't cost them anymore. You just did the hard work with the HWE.
