I picked this little hand tool up at TCS last week. I figured it would be useful for vertical tile surfaces and corners, but I used it today for cleaning commercial mats.

I don't know who makes it, but it has an adjustable fan pattern and a high and low flow adjustment on it. I have a commercial bathroom to clean next week and I'm using it on the walls instead of a counter spinner.

We use our Hydroforce gun on some showers to do a pre wash to get the buttwads off before we step in.

How are you going to control all the water on the floor in your commercial bath room?

I can see how the dual adjustability would make it unique.

Never came across an adjustable one.

Ive seen several commercial/janitorial bathroom cleaning units that follow the "hose down" and "suck up" methodology.

More interim maintenance/disenfecting than a deep cleaning I think.

Contrary to popular belief, most commercial bathrooms have floor drains.

Tools required for commercial bathroom cleaning:

Foam spray gun
Hi pressure portable or Hi pressure pump
Spray gun like Marty's or Hi pressure lance
Neoprene squeegee

Spray detergent like Diversy Foam off on the walls and floor thru foam gun. Allow 10-15 minute dwell time.
Start from the top and spray down with Hi pressure gun or lance. Wash the floor towards the drain.
Push excess water with Neoprene squeegee into the drain.

On the rare occasion there is not a floor drain, use a wet vacuum.

That's it quick and easy. Go Marty!

Foam Off or Hillyard Shower Foam.
Most janitorial supply companies carry a concentrated foaming bathroom cleaner. The foam gun can make almost any detergent foam.
