I have a restroom where they put down quarry tile many years ago. The shop is a manufacturing\machine shop, so there is a lot of dirt and grease from the shop floor.
They want the floor cleaned using my SX12 and then want it sealed so that it looks good for many months.
The tile is not smooth it is a little on the rough side (anti-slip)

Any suggestion on a sealer? (NO WAX)

Thanks

No sealer will keep.it looming godd for months.

Make that perfectly clear.

Its entirely up to theyr environment, their maintenance methods, walk off matts, ouside conditions etc..

Those sort of tiles are like velcro
Yes nothing last forever and anti slip flooring is hard to mop well. A good sealer will help

I think your biggest challenge will be getting it clean. I've had to use a muriatic acid dilution on old quarry tile floors to get the grout line to pop. Dangerous stuff--we had great ventilation and protected adjacent carpets very well. Also good technician protection on hands, face, and boots.
