I love to read, but avoid manuscripting talks at all costs.

It takes better preparation to do a good short presentation than a longer version of the same subject, even if you are very familiar.

It's acceptable to use a small timer and mark intermediate times in your notes so that early rambling doesn't eat up time you need later for a more important point.

Conclusion should complement Introduction in a way listeners immediately recognize. Not too many main points (max 3). Eazee Peezy.
