Davis is really enjoying the Big Show.

Overload is his first word each night but he's doing his best to soak in as much as possible.

I was surprised to hear that he enjoyed chuck's 1st day so much.

He wants me to send Ely (our top tech) too..

I have to apologize for not being more active in this thread and the board in general..
This move has me and my mind splitting in 1000 directions...

great things to come...

Huge thanks to the great folks at Jon Don.

Get ready Mike. He has got ideas flowing. He is definitely ready. Steve has talked with him a few times. He gets more ideas each day. On Monday he talked about working on the truck to Thursday he is talking about training people and increasing sales. Went from tech to manager thinking in 4 days. Congratulations Mike

The move will seem easy compared to when he returns with all those great ideas.
I might suggest a mild rule for his return. For every 2 things you find we are doing wrong tell me one we are doing well.
may slow him down a little.
Hope he has a Great time!

Good to see him going now while still young and able/willing to change.

After a certain time its virtually impossible to change work habits and big picture thinking.
If ya wait too long then you'll be stuck with marty for next 20 years...

Send him every year and work on the topics every week for an hour, at least.
Dont let the opportunity slip away, younger cleaners can adapt and change still.

LOL

One of my supervisors had his father do the same to he and his twin brother. They lived on a farm and their dad had them push mow around the house. Each had a push mower, not even self propelled.

They both move out and the dad bought a $5,000.00 Cub Cadet.

My son was 21 when he moved out. I immediately went out and bought a commercial grade zero turn mower. He used to cut the grass on my place with a push mower. Twice a week, 2 hours each time.

He was like, WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?

RHIP

I purchased these two billy goats to put my son's through college. It's doing its job quite well!

Grass is like carpeting, it always grows with Dirt! (JOB SECURITY)

In Carpet Cleaning we have the Zipper, in Lawncare its operated by the Joystick!
