Some pics from a recent 1000 sq ft travertine clean/seal/hole filling....I love working on Travertine, every job is different and a challenge, never boring work and it pays well :)

I use Superior epoxy for the large baseball/golfball sized holes and Stone Pro Traverfill for the small ones, it's basically N/S grout with an aditive

I wish I got $3500, hardly anyone out here will pay that for 2 days work, this town is so saturated with travertine. You aren't too far off though

you stripped a sealer off travertine and put a sealer back on it?

You could strip, hone and polish, make more money and give the customer a better floor. Not only that, but a polished stone floor is far more serviceable than one with a topical finish. This translates into more frequent services, or even a service contract.

honing and polishing travertine is easier than stripping it.
