A franchise here in eastern Pa has 2 Truck mounts. pretty much set up for water restoration. I do not think they do regular carpet cleaning.

Curious t know how they are implementing this. Unless they change their entire biz model - I can't see how their current model would end up a success in this game.

Currently, plumbers there are each basically mini roto rooter business owners. They have to own their own van, sticker it, buy their own uniforms, buy their tools from roto, buy supplies from roto, carry their own insurance, buy their own gas, maintain their own vehicle, etc - (but also can't drive them off work, and must sign a non-compete).

Wouldn't life be grand if we multi truckers could get away with this.......

....... everyone wants a piece of the restoration game.

Builders are now fire restoration firms

    Remodelers are now mold experts

I guess it is only right that plumbers start getting into structural drying
