Thanks, the first time it needed to be repaired it was brand new. Leaked from the handle on the very first job. He failed to mention to Jon Don that it was brand new and the repair should have been free but no he didn't mention that. As far as I know it a neutral rinse. I don't know how hot the water is. He should ask about this he is a member on this board and a few others. He forgets to go on them.

If he's wearing out the trigger that's a sign that you are cleaning a lot of upholstery. ALL upholstery tools and wands fail at the trigger from use....What rinse is he using? How hot is the water?
Go to a Parker hose shop and have them get you the two O rings that sit on the trigger pin. Nine times out of ten it is just one or the other that needs replacing.
a .40 fix.

I wonder if it is a good idea that my wife is on these forums. :) We normally use Matrix All Fiber Rinse. I try to keep the heat down around 120-140 degrees. I do agree I should have complained about paying for the first repair. But the second one took me by surprise. Next time I will check it myself.

I am fairly good at repairing things myself, at least with minor things. We had a serious antifreeze leak on our Peak TM. It would SERIOUSLY spray antifreeze all over the interior of my van. EVERYTHING now has a sticky film on it.
I spent about $4,00.00 on "repairs and at least 15 days of downtime (maybe more). After paying to get the most expensive items REPLACED I finally found the problem. It was a crack in the upper thermostat housing. It cost about $40.00 from Kohler. I was afraid to order it from Jon Don as they charged me almost $200.00 for 2 thermostats and gaskets. I priced them at Kohler's website and the price was like $95.00.

After replacing the thermostat housing no more antifreeze leaks. Now I get to clean/wash the entire inside of my van.

Any suggestions to clean off the antifreeze film that is on everything?

We have had a lot of issues with our Prochem Peak TM since we bought it in 2009. Mostly due to the installation "by professionals". We are in the process of writing down the history of every issue from the installation to the maintenance that has been done.

it is funny to see the pics that only got 1 vote as you know they voted for themselves.

i think the last couple of photos would have pulled in more votes had they been submitted earlier.

yeah, at this point the last submissions are like third party candidates..

a vote for either them is keeping one of the democrats or republicans from winning

Maybe as time draws near people will pull their vote and help either Kellie or the Drone win..

Ok..Since there is a lot of lobbying going on might as well throw this in there.. especially because it being anonymous was out the window rather quickly.

First 25 votes that hop on the (clearly the best  ) #6 band wagon gets a 10 dollar bill in the mail. That is if #6 wins. Yup.... Work it boys. Get those votes switched to the one the only that should top 'em all!! (and clearly you can only gain and have nothing to lose)

I really hope no one is lobbying for votes.
This has been one of the funnest contests yet.
Win or lose, it has been a blast.

I might change it but I couldn't help but vote for #10.

No one told me that once you become a daddy to a little girl you become a total sucker.

No kidding Derek

My photo is #7 , my daughter in Fanueil Hall Boston with someone playing the invisible man

I think 90% of all the photos on my phone are pics of her

Same Thing is happening to me lately(since she was born) as there is all of these "firsts" happening even 5 months later and I want to capture everything.

I might be goofy taking all the pictures( which I never used to take pictures) but I like looking at them, having them as my screen savers and such brings me a smile thru ought the day.
