Finally got a response from the Division of Human Rights. They say most cases of discrimination will not apply to companies with less than 4 employees. But discriminating ones with a criminal record would only affect companies with 10 or more employees. So we will be in the free n clear once they verify we have no other business running with employees. I opened a dba 4 years ago but never got it running. No business no employees and no income. They just want to verify before dropping the charge.
