Very similar to a local guy that I got a postcard from.

Same sales (60k) after a lot of years, except he had NO equipment. Low moisture and used a pressure washer for tile cleaning.

Assuming the guy in the above ad did have a decent customer list, what would be your offer?

Not me. My equipment won't be worth crap and I'm not naive, I'm just walking away if I don't die on the wand which is most likely to happen.

The Chavez option of handing it down to family...if you have something to hand down...Plenty of Guys on this board seems to be leading the way.

The Guy's situation above I'm calling depressing because he lives in an area where his income should be unlimited...but in his case it was limited to an average of 60k. He's right about one thing; the right guy and a little paint, a logo, a little charm and a smile, would triple that amount the first year.
