Joe Monster may not want to talk about this but lets discus what you liked and did not like about the old CTI Full Circle service so Joe can possibly learn from it.

Things I liked..
Things I didn't..
- Lupe
- Cheaper than live phone staff
- Early on the "girls" went out with real cleaners to learn the lingo
- It was nice if you got a "girl" who lasted more than a few months and really learned all your area's idiosyncrasies
- Reminder calls
- Rarely had to call me to figure things out as management knew my biz
Things I didn't..
- Retraining new hires every two months or so
- Scheduling mistakes that wasted severe driving time
- Having to explain huge price discrepancy quotes to customers. I was convinced new hires were quoting company prices from a coupon company at times
- Being put on hold and or dropped and not called back complaints
- Hearing how a MB member was stalking a "Girl"...

The reason I left Full circle was that their business model worked against my business needs.
Full circle seemed to be driven by increasing billable minutes which worked against my need for profit.
Many of the bookings they made later cancelled- giving me a net loss.
After a deep investigation I discovered it was more profitable to miss the calls that didn't go to our Voice mail instead of feeding Full circle..
If Super Agents doesn't work out I already have a back up plan-- which I hope I will never have to use..
But so far I'm pleased.

The cost is $2500 per month. That's $15 per hour without burden. You might as well hire you own csr. You will get more.
$1000 for the 1-2 truckers is a steal. I would do that if I was starting out. I wish that was available 9 years ago.

Wow, I have it pretty good. I guess I shouldn't complain about the girl I use to answer my phones and schedule my work. She also runs my website and all my SEO stuff. She's a shut-in but I take her out for pancakes at IHOP a lot.
