The on-line library allows you to search for s topic or key word. Easier than finding something by paging through a book. You can also download and have a more permanent record of any standard or reference guide.

Doctors, lawyers, clergy, teachers are the top 4 we've had problems with.. Attorneys love to use the law to extort you..

Fookers wouldn't have a house to go home to if I had to deal with that bullshit... :winky:

My pops on the other hand is called on to be an "expert witness".. Goes with his Flooring Inspection business.. He like it as he bills $250 per hour.....:eekk:

I have been retained as an expert witness in multiple cases of litigation relating to restoration and construction practices and can tell you with great certainty that the opposing side, which ever that may be will be well versed in the IICRC Standards, or will gladly pay one who is. I am currently under retainer in a law suit that spawned from a mitigation drying project valued at $2,700 and some change and the suit is for 6 Million dollars involving the restorer, agent, adjuster and the insurer.

I think the online version is an awesome resource for any restorer. However, I am old school and prefer the book format. God forbid my company ever end up in a law suit and yes all water damage projects have the potential to end up as a law suit. I would prefer to be sitting in the "Hot Seat" under a barrage of questioning by the opposing side while holding a well used, worn out Standard.
