I think my rinse is getting into my water box?

Today while running my 360xl it looked like I was putting down to much flex ice. I went and checked my meter and it was metering even when I wasn't pulling the trigger. I checked out my water box and it was foaming up and smelled like flex ice. I then ran a bunch of water through my open ended line to empty out the water box and filter new water in. I finished the job rinsing with just fresh water and then post bonneted with encapuguard green to neutralize. So after some research I think my diaphragm in my chemical pump may have a hole in it. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a rebuild kit? Does everyone rinse fresh water through there metering system at the end of the day? Sorry for so many questions, just trying to do it right.

I do have an interlink about 60 miles away. I'm going to tear my chemical pump apart tomorrow. Do you think the diaphragm is the problem?

Good video on the General Pulse Pump.

Mark, don't you think Butler hangs to much weight off pipe fittings on the pump & pulse pump.

Does it cause loosening on on the one you hand tightened, or possible breakage on those fittings ?

Never had one break...been running Butlers since late 80's in the family...and have never seen one break yet....

Some of the plumbing to the left in the video there are support mechanisms...but everything seems to fit in it's place and no shake or questionable problem spots we have experienced
