Were patent pending and there are no direct competitive claims. As far as our patent app it's bullet proof. We have an awesome patent attorney

We are working with a evaluation and brokerage firm out of SLC who is selling the rights to the patent. We currently are inviting over 60+ US Ball Valve Manufactures and are still compiling the EU list. There's going to be a lot of eyes on it.

Bristor hasn't seen it no anyone else...just released...thanks Mike

So this is a one time $100,000 capital raise?

At that point do you have enough to build the 80,000 units?

Approx when will the members/owners receive their 125/800/4000 units after their investment?

Do you have a working prototype? Pictures/video of demonstrating it in applications?

Looks neat. what are the flow restrictions on it starting at the 22.5° to the 360° range?

Cleanworks,

The outer sleeve operates the valve in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation. The manufacture has the ability do dial the valve in several configurations where it opens and closes within 22.5 - 45- 90 - 180 or 360 degrees. Most of your standard shut off valves are 90 degree stop meaning it takes 90 degrees to achieve a single action that being open or closed

Our's can actually open and close within 22.5 degrees which also mean in a 360 rotation it can acually open and close 8 times each...WOW

By changing gear ratio's manufactures can obtain desired open/close ratio..We imagine them using the 22.5 or 45 ratio's for optimum performance. Also the larger gear ratio's increase the overall all size of the valve due to the larger gears needed...

What are the chances of it opening and closing by itself as it moves along the carpet. How easy is it to visually check if it is open or closed?

The valve has built in positive stop mechanism. The pic above shows the commercial version using spring plungers but the residential uses bump stops. There are positive indicators on the sleeve along with arrow markings and on/off text on the guard collar

Absolutely it's not shown it the drawings but we have 4 new ones being built for a video shoot. We had planed on doing an "O" and "C" on the color. There are indicator arrows on the sleeve (small arrows) if you look at the Knurling (hatch pattern) on the sleeve you'll see long flat spots. Those are also indicators...I fully understand the reading glasses..LOL

So you are familiar with who Bristor is, and still chose the name "Cool Valve"......................

Groomer I'm not overly familiar with Bristol.

We chose Cool Valve because the main company is Cool Industries, LLC. We named it Cool Valve because we create cool stuff. Also that is just the name it has been assigned the Manufacture that purchases it will be able to call it whatever they like.

You should get on Bristors mailing list. Maybe give him your phone number. It could be fun for you.
