Hey guys!! so I have my machine order and on its way! have been looking at chemicals.. figured this might be something you all could help me out with. What is a good pre spray/solution for the money? Is there something out there a new guy would over look that he will need? Looking to put in an order tonight. Also might have my first job lined up.. and it's a big one lol the hotel I stay in here and there for my current job. Was talking with one of the guys it came up and he said he was interested. I told him I would charge by the sq ft and it may be a week or so before I could do it he was in no rush. Any tips on how to price this? And I'm sure I will have many many more questions soon to come! The steep learning curve begins now! Lol

Can't go wrong with grabbing an Interlink catalog. Your going to use a lot off chems over time, your repeat rate will determine whats working, and whats not.

Don't cheap out on chems
And "best value" are the chems that work best regardless of price

Most all juices from major players are good
Only a handfull are "great" though

Bridge point Flex
Prochem Powrburst
Chemspec Enzall
Are three great presprays that handle a broad range of soil types

Spotter chems minimum needed
Rust remover
Some type of citrus gel
Fels Napha soap
Dye stain remover (for koolaid, etc)

Lots of other chems to add to your bag of tricks, but the above are absolute essentials for common situations

How to price hotels ??
Most are too cheap to pay what it's worth
Mr Patel goes into respiratory distress if you say 22 cents a sf

Clay - send me an email with some information about what equipment you are using, what type of jobs you plan to do and I will put together a Care Package of chemical products to get you started. Include the company name and shipping address so I can get it to you.

I sent you a PM also. We have 20,000 sq/ft to clean Saturday and could use the free chems. :winky:

I will be glad to send you whatever you need, Richard. There will be a small shipping and handling charge. What is your credit card #? Security code? Expiration date?

You can share whatever you want with Coastie.
