My local newspaper is wanting their 12 month old carpet cleaned to keep the warranty in check..

It's damn near spotless with no signs of traffic lane soil or wear so I was wanting to use the Cimex/ REleasit combo but after looking at the Mohawk warranty info it looks like a no go..

But I can use a pos Rug Doctor, an OP, a CRB or hire a Stanley goober to do it...

Looks like the 370 and either Prochem or Procyon are my choices..

Drying is not an issue here on the High Chappy.

Did you inform them there is no warranty once it's installed in a commercial setting?

Or am I incorrect on that assumption? Read that a long time ago.

Don't try to do a megastroke with the zipper. Stroke about twice the length of a wand stroke or until your hose gets in the way.
ps. Mike this was just a spray, dwell, and extract
