This is why I move everything, MOST of the time. Summer renter coming in next for over $4k for one week. The other 3 Bedrooms "didn't need it" The housecleaners are coming tomorrow and I did get a $30 tip. 9EF51889-2132-442B-9F35-45850BF01107.jpeg3CDDCE39-E0BB-4739-9FEE-47A28078BB26.jpeg865C1A4A-09AC-48B1-B8E2-9752B9AAF627.jpeg

Looks like that's where the cat litter box was. Great that you move the furniture. Just make sure you charge for it. You're doing a great job so make sure the customer is aware of it. Lot of guys don't move any furniture at all.

Did you order your OP machine?
After sleeping on it.... I can't. My whole biz was made for detailed work with HWE. I have no commercial accounts except a school once a year. I am actually on the other end of the spectrum and barely use chems. It was even a big step to break away from only Procyon which I started with 20 plus years ago. Flew out to meet Ivan and actually distributed for a while. I am glad to see encap is very successful in glue downs. If it is that effective I may sub out the hallways to encap and HWE with me at entrances. I am actually thinking now of expanding my HWE. I am not against vlm but just not for me. over the years I never pushed protector either. I kinda suck at making top dollar. The glide gave me a whole new avenue and a whole new recharge. Saved my ass. Now I may run with it. I definitely want to get educated in San Diego and maybe get some commercial accounts with vlm. This is cool stuff. Years ago I thought HWE was the only way and was ignorant, not the case now. I respect it but just can't see me using it in all these residentials. Every house is up on pilings, hard enough not to break and scratch just with the two hoses.

If you have enough work for the equipment you have now, stick with it. Encap is great for large commercial accounts that are difficult to hwe.

after another night sleep, I do have a couple real estate offices I clean yearly. So I'm not out yet, just want to see it before I jump on it. One time I was looking at register vents, how dirty. Light bulb goes off and I know I can sell it to my customer base. So I put in $16K for Abatement Technology set up. Whole different set of tools. Sold it for $4K (was close to $9K loss). Furnaces in attics and crawl spaces not like in the brochure where the tech rolls it into the garage! I thought I could do this in the winter when slow. bla bla bla...... So, I want to see you guys work it and I still may buy one for the couple of times a year I can use it.

This is no bull sht. I did a $2K job air duct cleaning. VERY cold weather. 2 days with my tech. Got it done. Get a call and from the property manager in a panic a day or two later. The big Bayfront house was destroyed with water damage because the heater failed. Luckily it was not on me, something else happened. I didn't sleep well that night.
