The biggest part of any company in my opinion is your image
This starts with the first glance of your "ad" ...where ever that might be.
This is even true for radio ads
I think image gets the customer and keeps the customer.
Hard work is important where if you don't do a great job it will be a deal breaker....but that alone is "alone" in the whole customer retention plan and doesn't mean anything if your image is crap.
How's your image?
What can you do to improve it?
(Yes, we all can improve it)
At what degree will you go to to get your image "up to par"....or even a birdy? shiteatinggrin
