What are the major problem when buying one

The blower heat exchanger and whatever else is wrong with the machine.

Erik's right on the blower HX. Hopefully the original owner was smart enough to order it without the Blower HX.
It can be easily removed, by taking the plate off, and removing the two 2 HX Cores, and putting the plate back on. This will allow that huge blower to breath.
