I had a 04 deuce at one time. I really liked it. I rode it from North Dakota to Las Vegas and back.

If I got this KLR I could hang with Mikey. The old KLR, the bike that does everything, but is good at nothing. Parts are cheap and plentiful. The military even has a diesel version. I'm pretty sad I sold my BMW but having to repair some electrical ghost just pissed me off. IT had to go. I don't think I'll ever do a BMW again.

This was my 09 Rocker C a fun bike but not very practical. The passenger seat folds out from underneath main seat. My wife hated it. I think she road maybe 30 miles total on it. Nicks Phone Galaxy S4 054.jpg

So many cruisers... so painful. After riding dozens of bikes and many track days, many tens of thousands of miles on the road, I don't understand cruisers.
They are like buying a fancy box truck, expensive paint job, chrome rims, perfect uniforms....
Opening it up to reveal a two cord portable that you clean carpets with. Cruisers are truly terrible in every form of performance. Don't say they are comfortable, because a gold wing or true touring bike is more comfortable in every way. They are all loud noises and terrible performance. I'm not saying everyone should get a sportbike, but get a bike that is good at something besides appearance. Just my opinion.

I find cruisers uncomfortable on any distance all your weights on your butt and spine, arms and feet out in front not taking anything.

and the vibes of a big twin get pretty tiring mentally as well as physically..but each to their own I spose (guess porty lovers aint the only sadists :winky:)

I don’t like it. Just not to my excellent taste. Looking around I see a poop-ton for sale.
