Steve is an awesome guy, he just wants to help you succeed even if you never buy anything from him. His desire is for the betterment* of the carpet cleaning industry as a whole. He will help anybody and everybody to make this industry into what he envisions it to be.

*Is betterment actually a word? The spelling cow didn't highlight it...

And I thought I was inventing a word again.

Steve won the big award last night at Connections. The Ralph Bloss Humanitarian award. Steve's wife Sioux flew in for the dinner and Steve thought she was still in Kansas City.

He was surprised by the award but even more surprised when Sioux walked up behind him when he went to the stage.

A well deserved award for a leader inside and outside of our industry.

Steve is the best all-around guy I've met in the industry (although, I've never met Jim Pemberton). Steve Toburen is like the Radio Shack commercial ...

We have questions, he has answers.
