I hate giving estimates I know they will never accept. Just because of all the time involved.

My janitor supply guys own a lot of properties. They want me to clean an office about 3000 sq ft for about $400. Last guy took 6 hours with 2 people and was wet for 3 days! It was a franchise who's retired now and was a friend of the leasee.
Gotta do it over memorial weekend too because if their experience with the dry times lol.

Should be easy to impress though.
