1. What is your favorite brand/model and why?

2. When do you know it is time to retire an "employee"

3. $26.50 a day?

4. Ever had one die on a job?

5. What key features can your company not live with out?

6. If Dri Eaz/Jon Don/our Interlinkers and Olson put up an El Nino MB Special how low would they have to go for you to buy one, two or a truck load?

Modern design, versatile, low amp and daisy chain.
Jet CXV & Force-9 are great for top down drying.

2. Never, they last forever, best investment you can make. OK, when the repair estimate cost half of replacement we buy new.

3. $28.00 Xactimate in our area

4. Yep, surge protector popped and needed to be replaced in order to operate. Most of the time we lose one it dude to breakage, but the motors will eventually go out after many years of use.

5. Daisy chain and low amp draw.

6. Don't need any right now.
I bought a pallet last year that I didn't need but a distributor had an over stock on them when a deal when bad. We didn't even unbox them for 6-months.

There are a few that I like, and it is best to have the ability to daisy chain them.

But it's hard to turn down the basic Mytee model at $125 a piece before ship. All you need is a 12 guage 3 way adapter and connect 3 together that way.

At these prices it doesn't matter if they last 2 years or 5 years. At 25 or so per day rental they are throw aways.

We like Phoenix Axial air movers. Higher prices but more than make up for it in higher rental income, dry faster, run more on a circuit. Unlles you need "aiming capabilities" like a ceiling/upper wall.

1. Sahara Pro X3, before them I liked the regular Sahara 1's/Pro

2. Never had to yet, still have a couple from the early 90s, metal handle and all.

3. $30.00

4. Never

5. Lower amp, daisy chain is a big plus and different speeds is always nice.

6. Make an offer I love a good deal on Dri-Eaz air movers, I still wish I got them at cost :(

Pretty much same as Richard.

Overwhelmingly the broken equipment corner in the shop is always
loaded with red colored air movers and stainless dehumidifiers.

The blue employees work the best for us.
