Did the water damage jobs for a very nice woman in the insurance company paid everything in full. Her daughter from out of state stopped by to make sure nobody was taking advantage of mom and took control. Wrote the letter saying how unhappy she was with everything that the job took too long with a laundry list of things to be reimbursed for that she says we're not done approximately 20 items. I gave her a discount for 3 items that were legitimate but most of the items she complained about we did not charge for. The last item on the list was for a box of matches the got left outside and got wet. I am not kidding. When I broke my response I said I'm not sure if the box was half full or full so i will split the difference and give you a dollar fifty credit. The only item of substance was a credit for a electrician that we ended up not using so I wrote the check out to the insurance company and mailed it to her and that will really piss her off.
