Abusing Saigercide for fun and profit

One of my favorite customers is an older Swiss woman in TN.
Her little doggy keeps me coming back at least every 9 months, bless him. But the carpet was not dirty looking, just a bit whiffy.

Today, armed with my Cobb's Optic Nerve Obliterator (http://www.cobbcarpet.com/zen/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=69&products_id=1384) we scouted all the piddle places. A good dose of U-Turn (https://www.centrumforce.com/products/u-turn-urine-removal-1-gallon) in all the right places and it was time to freshen the joint up.

Enter Saigercide (https://saigers.com/supplies/produc...itron-odor-destroyer-2gal/category_pathway-26) sprayed the same way as an encap and scrubbed in with the CRB. The carpet brightened up nicely and the whole house smelled wonderful. I even applied it to an enclosed brick floored Sunroom, where it killed a strong pee smell.

She is delighted. I saved a lot of trouble, saved her a healthy amount and since she'll be moving soon, may or may not see her again.

I used it to top off a cat urine job today.

I used Harvards Pet Piss Off on it yesterday

And again this morning

Then I sent Brady to clean it and post spray with the Saigercide at 4 oz per gallon. I had him rake it in and leave

Odor is gone and the prop mgr is in love with me.
