I was thinking about trying to get into some real estate offices to do some sort of demonstration like you are doing here. What all do you present to the agents, and how much time do you share with them?

The entire presentation on this one was 30 minutes, I do have it all on video.

I simply cold call and try to get myself invited to talk to the group, it always produces good leads and I have yet to do one that I did not get work out of it.

This entire presentation was all about 'Carpet Repair Specialists'. As you see in this clip, I have a lot of photos of before and after but also before and after pieces so they can touch it and see it, just like the guy in the video did. This particular one produced great results.

Glad you liked it, this is a great system and something I want to help cleaners with their marketing. There is a whole world out there that very, very few ever approach and it is wide open, IMO.
