Do any of you folks have experience with Air.o carpet from Mohawk? Have you installed it, cleaned it, or have an opinion - good or bad?

I had a customer ask because she doesn't have tack strips in the rooms where she wants it installed.

Mohawk air-o is NOT made under tension so when they install it, it is just laid down not stretched in. It is a unibond carpet meaning the carpet and pad are bonded to together. The carpet and pad are made with PET fibres and it is held in place with tape, so tack strips are not needed.
