My Daughter goofed and quoted a guy looking to clean his shower stall our floor prices. He hears $1.00 a foot and .50 a seal so computes that his shower will cost about $75.

Tossed a complete shit fit when I tell him on the phone this AM that we have a $300 minimum on showers.

Anyone who reacts that way when you make a call to correct things like that before you even show up would not be the customer you want Mike.

He's either one of those people who thinks he can intimidate you into lowering your price because of the honest mistake or he has severe emotional/mental issues.

Neither one is the customer you want to have.

I'm sure by now you know that though.
