We try to keep 2 months expenses liquid as backup. The rest is invested..
December was fun in that most adjusters waited till the end of the month to send our checks... The good news is that it made our January numbers look amazing !!

Richard, wait till your babies bring the three grand babies home for a couple of days. You will definitely feel old after they leave, exhausting:oldrolleyes::rockon::oldrolleyes:

Well... It's underway. 20,000 sf industrial building with 2 inches of standing water in production area, offices, breakrooms, etc. 90% affected.
Class 3. Cat 1.
God help us! It's gonna be a fun ride!

No water losses today but have a new packout to start.

4000sq/ft home we will start this AM. Only problem is its 12° outside and no heat inside. :eekk:

But we will gladly take it!

No big rush of losses so far.

We had three water losses last night, two right at closing up. One here in Topeka and one in Lawrence.

A third crew went out last night around 7:00 and worked until midnight.

We have been getting hammered with big losses!
It hasn't gotten above freezing yet so the onslaught will hit around noon!
Right now we have 38 dehus and 250 fans left!
Gonna be a stressful weekend juggling equipment

Wow we've not seen anything like that and we've had some bitter cold come through. -20° wind chills some nights.

Its 11° right now and a strong wind but not had but a handful of calls.

What does 1200 fans even look like?

That must take up a lot of space, do you have any pics of how you store such large and vast inventory of fans and dehuS?

He has to have pics of his warehouse somewhere, I know I have pics of my one car garage.

Just trying to concieve what it takes to store that much equipment and a visual is usually pretty good.

Ive never had it in one place at any given time but at some point we should try to get pics of te bulk of it.
We have them stored in 6 drop points currently. With Atlanta being the size it is- it only makes sense to Quadrant it out.

I'm just resting on my last year's good deeds. 80% increase in sales. All due to 3 jobs I nailed personally. It was a rocking year.

Thanks Richard. Gotta take the good with the bad. I worked a lot last year. Looking forward to a standard year now and back to semi retirement. ;-)

We've had unseasonable warm weather for the second week now. Looking at out 10-its like Summertime out there compared to what it should be. LOVIN it! :headbang:
