Jeremy you might try a different color instead of blue on blue, it might be hard to read when printed.

Other than that it looks like a winner!

It takes too long for the reader to decipher what type of cleaner you are talking about (Are you satisfied with your current cleaner)..I would use "Is Dirty Carpet Driving You Crazy?"

So Jeremy, since you're still spending time on commercial fliers I suppose they are working well for you?

They're great in conjunction with a sales letter targeted to the right person in the company. About a 33% return call rate. In the last 2 months (which my van was broken down for 3+ weeks of) the letters have generated well over $7k... Now if I could only make people pay faster...

The only one that got my attention is the last one. Of course pictures say a thousand words so keep it simple instead of wordy!!! Just my opinion!

Here is Wayne Miller of PDQ Postcards take on the ad... Real nice! I guess there is something to be said for professional help!

"..."It may not be cheap, but...." sounds an awful lot like, "This is really gonna hurt, but...." And, isn't the point of your copy that it's a better value to outsource to qualified professionals?

Besides, there's no point telling people you're not cheap. Let your marketing imply it for you. Lexus doesn't say, "It may not be cheap, but...." They don't have to. And, a quality product is understood. I'd work towards assuming the same posture.

I'd personalize the experience a bit and put your happy smiling face in the ad. A pleasing picture of you is sometimes more appealing than a picture of a clean floor."
Wayne Miller

Hey Jeremy,

I really like the last one. the photo of the dude in there really lifts the image untold. Put your mug in there regardless and then there is instant recognition when YOU walk through the door either to sell or work.

I have had my mug in my YP ad for the past 6-7 years and get HEAPS of comments about it. It also shows that you are prepared to stand behind your word/product/service and not a fly by nighter company.

You will need to change the wording slightly to hire US instead of me as your description of President infers a larger company even if you still do most of the work.

I like lots of photos and the text is ok but the headline seems a bit clumsy to me, may need a little tweaking.

Do you not have a website? You should, and also have it listed on the flyer as they can read heaps more about you and your services than what you can fit on the flyer.

Good stuff, keep it up.

I'm sure you do get heaps of comments about your mug Johnno! I have seen your mug and now I understand why you get so many comments....but Jeremy is trying to get POSITIVE comments from his flyer! :D

Next year John, you may wish to put Jo's face on your YP ad and then you should get heaps of GOOD feedback this time around from your ad :p :p

Just stirrin ya mate!

Printing up the first batch (150) right now for the mail tomorrow... I'll let you know. :D
I have 30 going out as part of a sales letter/information packet, the other 120 will be hand delivered to commercial prospects along with a business card & a smile. By the way... Here is the final version...
