Looks the same as Apple reminders.... and Apple notes....

With Apple you can set geo fence so if your driving by food store, it will remind you...

Been using OneNote to communicate with my office staff, as Im not in office most of the time. When it comes to the techs, Ringcentral incorporates text messaging with the phone numbers, so they use that, and simply update the job notes in Housecall when notes are needed about a specific job.
