Anybody using full circle?

I lose TENS of THOUSANDS to ridiculous telephone practices every year. When a customer calls for carpet cleaning they hear hammers, skill saws, hip hop music in the background and some panting angry sounding frazzled guy with a thick east coast accent shout "B&B" into a phone. When they ask about carpet cleaning he yells over the construction noise, "I don't do that call this guy" and gives them my cell number. Half of them actually call me, but half of them go to voicemail, the other half get me panting from pushing a wand and yelling over the truckmount/ airpath. Yet it's a mystery as to why we cannot grow past a 1 truck operation.

What does it cost?
I don't get to make the decision to sign up for it. I just get held accountable for the percentage of calls I close.

Between $250 and $500 a month for one truck is a fair guess for full time service

I did about 130 jobs in Feb I think..off the top of my head...the charge was about $635.00 or so.

The plan for what I am doing is $500.00 and then more if I go over on minutes.
