ARCS Convention Report from San Antonio

Just returned from a few days at the ARCS convention.

It was great, talking to some of the best in the industry
on the restaurant open-air balcony overlooking the riverwalk in San Antone.

That would include :

Randy Hyde - ARCS president
Robert Mann - Fearless Rug Restoration
Bill Foulds - Deep Eddy's
Scott Ring - Woodard Cleaning & Restoration
Joe Appleby - California
Tom Monahan - Centrum Force Demos
& Damon with Aladdin Cleaning who also hosted the Plant tour

Lots of Experience in this collective "BORG" of Rug Cleaning.

You should repeat some of those stories for the benefit of us who don't know.

I love these guys. No one cares how you clean rugs, how big your company is or what other services you offer. You know stuff, you know you don't know stuff, sharing is free and easy.

Nice of Bob Spalten to open up his shop for us tourists. The marketing stuff he and his staff do is first rate, right down to the gift bags he gave us.



(I couldn't get over how much Meg looks like one of my relatives, just with a Texas politeness in place of the New York attitude.)
