Auto scrub and buff pricing

I'm doing a bid on a 16k of stained and waxed concrete. What would be the going rate on a monthly auto scrub and buff.

What do you guy charge to put down a coat of I shine per sf.

time generally....for me I would have to look at it...Grocery, regular retail???

1 time a month......ehhhhh around 3-400... take you and 1 or 2 guys around 2 hrs....depending on size of machines

and for waxing something like this without stripping.....around .15 or so...

and for the rest of yas...yes i would make a good profit...

Beauty School. We have to move and replace 38 chairs. They want to do 7500sf of it on a monthy. Wax as needed. What is a good formula to figure out what to charge per coat of wax. They want it shiny.

more then they want to pay i am sure...

a lot of bidding is done on feel...and just knowing your production....

this place will be a PITA... You will need/want a separate set of everything for this...mops, dust mops, wax heads.... as that HAIR GETS EVERYWHERE...

if i were you , I would come right out and ask them what they paid...or what they think they want to pay.. that way you dont waste your time figuring this out, or the month it takes till you realize you didnt charge enough
