I just had 5k ft.² of new construction clean up come in. It's a really smooth concrete floor that really just has a little construction dust on it.
Janitorial company I sub contract for is overwhelmed so they are calling in the Kid.
I wish I had an auto scrubber...
It's got to be done this Thursday night.
I'm full of work all week so looking to make the night go a little easier on me.
Does anyone rent them?
Should I just use my spinner under low pressure?
Even cold water might work.
It's new and looks good but it's a Real Estate office (my favorite lol) and I get the impression they are pretty picky.
Ribbon cutting or something on Friday morning.
40 some odd chairs to be done at the same time.
Should I just mop on some neutral cleaner and rinse with my spinner?
When my schedule is full I get kinda picky about the work I take on. I'm not jumping for joy over this one...
