I think the reason Chem-Dry made it so big was because of the niches it found.
I think Commercial is a good place for this.
I still have my old advance buffer...Painted pretty... and will do the accaisonal bonnet job. If I have to go into an elevator, I don't want to haul a porty up and fill it with a bathroom sink that has no hot water.

As usual, this if good stuff Jeremy. Commercial clients(here anyway) don't really care what method is used. They really care about the benefits you mentioned. Just so happens that VLM is my favorite way to make a buck. More per hour while charging less. Gotta love it.

Now, if I could just convince them to clean more often. Frequency here is pathetic.

Dirk have you offered a service bundle discount.... The bigger bundle (more services per year) the bigger the discount.

Not yet. I haven't found the right commercial clients yet. So far, they've all been tightwads. They're out there, I just gotta find them.

I can generally get more money for VLM...maybe not commercial but the hard core residentials that want it will pay top top dollar to get it.
