The body is a whole but most treat it as seperate issues.

Cheap footwear can have a massive impact on your back and overall health, its the starting point that affects everything else

Poor diet causes digestive issues all those upset organs have nerves that run through your back

Exercise is incredibly important and no wanding is not exercise its work

I've used physios and chiros and osteos and if you get a good one they all work (I personally prefer chiro) provided you do your part of taking care of yourself

It's not just one wand the going to answer this.
Posture, Shoes, technique,Operator weight, having a helper, not moving furniture...
Wand is just one piece .
My Dad would say "if it hurts in the back slow down with your front!"

Got some bulging discs and other back problems. Is the zipper the best option? Have an RX 20 but it’s a beast. Any opinions thoughts?
Thanks

A lighter wand with a holed glide 10 inch crb for agitation. And make sure your wand is long enough so you stand straight when you clean!

I see to many guys bending over!

That or a 360i brush head you can stand up and barely use and back with it!

But you still have to wand groom or use a grooming tool.

Lastly a Zipper I like mine for commercial, but some like Saiger mastered it in a residential setting!

The devastator with a holed glide is easy to use with out not so much!

Using wands twists the spine and hips.
Walking backwards with the zipper also causes strain.
Using an RE properly is practically effortless and keeps you centered.
