So what fuels you before you hit the road?

Me: 2 coffees and a glass of OJ and sometimes a muffin.

Two bowls of cereal and my Flintstones.

Sometimes, a can of beans if I don't expect to be working around genteel customers.

Funny, I drink the cup o joe to get a smoothie.

Nice to have quiet time before heading out.
Nothing like having to drop a stool on the first job to ruin your momentum.

No Brian, I'm not watching my weight. I just got used to it having bagels in the morning, and i started having salads for lunch not too long ago, and it is surprising how much easier my afternoon jobs are.
I don't feel so heavy and slow and full like I was with the burgers I used to eat.
btw- i am 6'7" and about 230lb... i am not a small kid...

Depending on the day, any combination of cereal, fresh fruit and bagels. Some days I'm so busy I have to just wait until lunch, which is the worst thing one can do. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I just try to keep it healthy, and light enough to keep me from feeling bloated and lethargic.
