Property managers manage all kinds of properties. Yesterday I did a small commercial office for a property manager. $150 for about 45 minutes works. Today the same manager had me do an empty house. $250 for an hour and a half. I also have some large condominium buildings where I clean all the hallways and common areas. The small ones are usually around $5-600 and the larger ones are around $9-1500. I don't do a lot of empty suites but the ones I do are $120 for an empty 1-bedroom and $150 for an empty 2-bedroom. I often pickup extra money on repairs and at least once a year, I do all the hallways.

Rentals pull me through the winter, this month I did 50 jobs 30 were rentals.. Rentals are service, service, service! For a O/O probably a waste to chase this type of work, but if you have an employee they are priceless! Great fill in work! You have to be on the higher end to make it worth it, but if you serve the hell out of them most of the time they wont look around for a cheaper price..
