Carpet Color Change

This is a commercial nylon, light beige carpet. All of the baseboards are made of the same carpet and glued to the walls. The baseboard carpets have turned a light green, and the carpet along the walls are also green about 1/2 inch out. These are all interior walls, and all the heating ducts are in the ceiling. The discoloration is consistant throughout the office, except where a solid cabinet was up against the wall. It is about 10 years + old, and has been cleaned a few times, but not the baseboards.

I have an idea what might have caused it, but I'll wait till I hear some answers. (it has to do with ozone??)

DINGDINGDING!

Although I've seen this done with oxidizers as well. Poor sap scrubbed the filtration soiling out with his magic juice...
