carpet glue in grout lines

This tile had carpet glued down over the tile and the new tenant ripped up the carpet and wants to use the tile. She wants to know if I can bring back close to new.

Is there any relatively easy way to get the glue off the grout or is this a hands and knees with steel brush type of job. There is a total of about 900 sf but not all of it has the glue issue.

It's a hands and knees job with acetone and wire brushes or paint stripper and grout brushes. Have fun
