You can replace the plastic disk

As well as the rubber diaphragm

Take the stainless part off, it will unscrew, it should have a rectangular part to get a wrench on it. I like using a vise and a pipe wrench. Inside you'll find the plastic disk. There are small "crosshairs" on it, check to see if its flat or cracked, or if there is still a groove in it. The rubber part wears and needs to be replaced from time to time. Those chem pumps are only meant to be used at 600 a lower psi realistically for longevity. Running at a higher PSI will cause the plastic disk to break, and the rubber to wear down. It pulsates in order to create the vacuum on the chem pump line.

Your pump should look something like this.
