Ive used a few cases of the liquid formula 90. Seemed like good stuff. Used there powdered version this time. No clue if its good. The stuff has a total different smell. More like a citrus smell. There is no way these two products have the same ingredients.

Powdered 90 was good stuff.
My uncle used to use powdered 77 but switched to steamaction's 1992 powder.
I think they changed the formulation on the powdered 90 awhile ago.
CTI's Extreme Clean used as an emulsifier reminds me of old powdered 90.

Ya 3 or 4 years ago they changed it, it's wetter or more clumpy used to be mixed more like power max.

The liquid 90 is totally different phosphate free decent rinse 16 oz in 5 gal premix 3 to 4 gph works great.

Correct me but all liquid cleaners won't have phosphates.
