Chintz, or Polished Cotton

Any of you experienced upholstery guys, can you please tell me the best way to clean it. It seems that even if I turn the pressure down on my Prochem Tool it still drips off a lot. I prespray with Avenge HD from Bridgepoint and extract with All Fiber Deep Clean.

The one I have to do Tuesday is 10 years old, faded in areas from the sun and the arm rest are the dirtiest.
