Just wondering what you folks typically do for Christmas bonuses for your staff. We usually do a payroll bonus between $100 and $250 plus a personal gift.
Any other creative ideas out there?

I give my part timer.. 500.00 cash and a gift certificate for her favorite eatery, a case of her favorite wine & pizza gift certificates from my store for her kids for their new years party.

And she is appreciative.. and I still feel that I've shortchanged her.

She's a gem.

Our "End Year Bonus" is somewhere between 250.00 and 5000.00 depending on how flush we are. It is not a Christmas bonus because 2 of our Aces are of the JW persuasion. Seems thoughtful to rename it I think. Another great moral booster is a paid breakfast on staff meeting day. They just love that. We have a great time with a lot of laughs.

My two full time guys will get $500 each this year.
As well as a turkey or ham
(their choice)
They'll also get some gifts.
Power tools, Gander Mountain gift cards and eatery gift certs
Oh, and holiday pay too.

It'll equal close to a grand each, total

Uncle Larry,

I wear a large...and a size 32 pants. oh yeah, 9.5 shoes. I need a pair of new waders. When I was taking out the dock about a month ago, the damn things I have now leak.

Your loving neph.
